Here is some information for delegates attending the Ecotourism NZ Conference 09

  • Venue: Nelson-Marlborough Institute of Technology, 322 Hardy Street, Nelson.
     
  • Date: Wednesdsay 5 August and Thursday 6 August.
     
  • Times: Start 8:30am on Wednesday 5 August and concludes at 6.30pm Thursday 6 August (optional dinner on Thursday evening included in the conference registration).
     
  • Transport: Transport will be provided for field-trips.

  • Accommodation: Here are a number of special accomodation rates availalbe for the Ecotourism NZ conference.  Nelson Escapes will arrange accomdation booking services for conference delegates.

 Entertainment to be provided by 3Kool

3Kool is a jazz trio featuring three of Nelson’s hardest working musicians will be performing at the Ecotourism NZ Conference on the evening of Wednesday 5 August. Anna Pacoe, singing and on guitar is well known throughout NZ and Australia as one of the finest country music players you will meet.  More recently, she has created her own unique style of jazz vocals has featured at several Nelson Jazz Festivals.  Simon Williams on saxophone, flute and clarinet has performed extensively with bands in Christchurch, U.K. and USA and Ken Richards on guitar plays in several local bands, teaches jazz and has performed at several Nelson Jazz Festivals .
